TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking and Payment:

To book a photoshoot with T Wise Studios, you must pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the package you choose. The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot. Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or bank transfer. Prices are subject to change without notice, but we will honour the price at the time of your booking. If the photoshoot requires travel outside of our local area, additional travel fees may apply.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your photoshoot, please notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. If you cancel less than 72 hours before the scheduled time, you will forfeit your deposit. If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and will need to pay the remaining balance in full if you decide to reschedule.

Rescheduling Policy:

If you need to reschedule your photoshoot, please notify T Wise Studios at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee availability on your preferred date and time. If the photoshoot requires travel outside of our local area, additional travel fees may apply.

Copyright:

All photographs taken during the photoshoot remain the property of the T Wise Studios. You may not copy, scan, or reproduce any photographs without the written consent of T Wise Studios. You may share the photographs on social media, but you must credit the photographer.

Editing and Retouching:

T Wise Studios will provide basic editing and retouching of the photographs. Additional editing or retouching will be subject to an additional fee.

Liability:

T Wise Studios is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the photoshoot. By booking a photoshoot with us, you agree to release and hold harmless T Wise Studios from any and all claims or liability arising out of the photo shoot.

Model Release:

By booking a photoshoot with T Wise Studios, you grant us permission to use your photographs for marketing and advertising purposes. If you do not wish for us to use your photographs for marketing and advertising purposes, please let us know in writing.

Guest Policy:

You are welcome to bring guests to your photo shoot, but please notify us in advance. T Wise Studios reserve the right to charge an additional fee for large groups or for multiple outfit changes.

Studio Policy:

Please treat our studio with respect and care. You are responsible for any damage that you or your guests may cause during the photoshoot. If the photoshoot requires travel outside of our Studios, the client is responsible for any additional travel-related expenses, including but not limited to transportation, accommodations, and meals for the photographer.

Backup:

T Wise Studios is not responsible for the backup of any photos. The client must complete any outstanding payment within 7 days so as to receive their photos except an agreement has been reached with T Wise Studios. Backup arrangements can be quoted separately if requested by The Client.
